Comply with Federal, State and local laws (Local Law 26) that relate to manmade emergencies like bomb scares/threats.
New York City’s Local Law 26 requires all commercial office properties to develop emergency action plans (EAP) for responding up to 18 fire/non-fire events such as:
- Terrorist attacks
- Biological incidents
- Chemical incidents
- Nuclear incidents
- Civil disturbances and other natural and manmade disasters
